Please note: You are not permitted to attend this workshop more than one time.

Members must first register and receive confirmation of acceptance to the event before submitting a union leave request to the regional council member.

For union leave approval you need to provide the following to your staffing clerk:

• Email of authorization from Parveen Gill, Regional Council Member
• NBA Union Leave Form
• Schedule Change Request Form
