Come join your Regional Executive Team for a day of networking, education and pertinent updates about what is happening in the Fraser Valley Region.
Please refer to the Fraser Valley Bylaws that were sent via email earlier in the month if you wish to propose any amendments to our current Fraser Valley bylaws. If you wish to make an amendment- there will be time allotted for discussion and a vote if required. This event is salary replaced.
Members must first register and receive confirmation of acceptance to the event before submitting a union leave request to the regional council member.
By registering it does not assure acceptance to the meeting as there is capacity limit to this meeting. You will be marked as "pending approval" once you register. Please wait until you receive the confirmation email to submit your union leave.
For union leave approval you need to provide the following to your staffing clerk:
- Email of authorization from Katherine Hamilton, Regional Council Member
- NBA Union Leave Form
- Schedule Change Request Form

Once you have received your confirmation email to attend- PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR UNION LEAVE REQUEST as soon as possible. We want to be able to support your union leave request to attend the meeting if you are having challenges with approval from your employer.
