This event is salary replaced.
Members must first register and receive confirmation of acceptance to the event before submitting a union leave request.
Requesting Union Leave: Meeting participants in the Nurses Bargaining Association requiring union leave must submit a union leave form, along with this confirmation email as per the below process.
Note the New Process for requesting union leave: A new inbox for union leaves has been created.
The leave form stays the same.
Step 1: Send your completed union leave form to osunionleave@bcnu.org
Step 2: The RCM (Jen O’Brien) will approve and sign the leave form as per usual, and send back to the member.
Step 3: The member will have the responsibility to forward the approved leave form & email on to their managers
