REQUESTING UNION LEAVE:

Event participants in the Nurses Bargaining Association requiring union leave must first register and receive confirmation of acceptance, then must submit a union leave form along with the registration confirmation email to their regional council member for approval. Do not apply for union leave before registering for the event.
